Your IP is always protected. Our company has a good file program to protect customers' intellectual property rights. This includes design, sales data, nail styling, packaging, etc. All your information will only be provided to a few people. This personnel only includes your sales assistant, directors, and senior management. All other employees will not be able to access designs/information specific to your company/brand. In order to reassure our customers, our company can sign NDA agreements with our cooperative partners.

Basically, we provide our company's bank account details to foreign customers and ask them to pay a 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% to be paid before shipment. However, for foreign business partners who have already established regular cooperation, we will provide relatively relaxed payment terms

For all customers/brands, strict internal quality inspection requirements are adopted. If the internal sampling defect rate exceeds 3% before shipment, full inspection must be completed before the shipment deadline to pick out defective products and replace them with qualified ones before shipment.

If customers still find any defective parts after receiving the goods, please feel free to notify us. We have internal records and good standard operating procedures to identify the root cause of the problem. If the problem lies with us, we will compensate the customer according to the quantity and amount of defects received, or immediately replenish the goods for free as requested by the customer

Yes, the goods will be shipped on schedule according to the confirmed delivery date on the PI (EX Factory). We always use high-quality packaging materials and professional packaging methods to ensure the safety of the goods and arrange their export on time

If you want a specific shape of nails, you need your own nail design. This allows you to make specific requirements based on shape, size, thickness, etc. The program starts with the idea of the shape you provided us with. These pieces of information can be submitted through simple drawings or images. Then, we will discuss with you whether you need any special requirements. Once we have this information, we will first create a CAD design and then create a 3D printed model for confirmation. Once everything is confirmed, we can begin the molding process. The molding process alone takes about 40 days. The price of the new mold is about $3000.
